Protocol for the Governance, Sustainability, and Enhancement of the E.U-RE.COVE Ecosystem
The protocol will be defined and developed in electronic format. Its structure will include: Introduction or Premises Objectives and Aims Scope of Application Definition of Terms, Abbreviations, and Fundamental Concepts Procedures and Application Methods Decisions and Actions Responsibilities and Roles of the Signatory Parties Regulations and Recommendations Monitoring and Evaluation Review and Updates Attachments: Quality and Impact Assessment Plan, Guidelines + Governance Regulation + Financial Feasibility and Sustainability Plan. All protocols signed at the territorial/national level will be appended to this international protocol. This document, approximately 150 pages long, will be drafted in English and published without limitations.
